Independent Validation Process
Basic framework and validation parameters designed by the renowned global firm Price Waterhouse Coopers, who have sifted through various criteria and parameters for each category and come up with most appropriate data sources, parameters and their weightages.

Eminent Citizens of India
A 6 member jury comprising well-known personalities drawn from different walks of life, deliberated on the categories, criteria and parameters. The Jury also then ratified the final framework which was adhered to in arriving at the rankings.
