Independent Validation Process
Basic framework and validation parameters are managed by the renowned global firm KPMG, who have sifted through various criteria and parameters for each category and come up with most appropriate data sources, parameters and their weightages. The primary data will come from a nation wide exercise conducted by Nielsen.

The Jury
A 6 member jury comprising well-known personalities drawn from different walks of life, deliberated on the categories, criteria and parameters. The Jury also then ratified the final framework which was adhered to in arriving at the rankings.

• Dr. Bakul H Dholakia – Former Director, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A)
• Mr. Gurcharan Das – Author, consultant and public intellectual
• Prof. Pushpesh K Pant - Professor in Diplomatic Studies, CIPOD, JNU
