A 6 member jury comprising well-known personalities drawn from different walks of life, deliberated on the categories, criteria and parameters. The Jury also then ratified the final framework which was adhered to in arriving at the rankings. The Meet took place on the 7th of September, 2009 in the IBN18 office.
